There are always programs and activities available for both adults and kids, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere.

Felt extremely safe, no complaints whatsoever.

With sauna not always gave cloth. It is good for sauna and steam bath. Spectacle holder.

Room service irregular and often only garbage out and towel changed. For longer stays, please note that cleaning and laundry changes are necessary.

The Balneo Hotel Zsori Thermal & Wellness provided great value for the money, with friendly staff and a convenient location near the motorway. The room was comfortable and the hotel had a nice swimming pool and activities for guests.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the options.

We liked the food and service and affordable rates. The a sauna was available. Handy base for city break in Mezokovesd.

Friendly and accommodating staff, especially in the restaurant. One of the highlights of our stay was the wellness area. The sauna and chill room were relaxing and there was always something fun happening for both adults and kids. The hotel itself is compact and easily accessible with elevators. I would recommend this hotel for a family-friendly vacation.

The hotel's pool facilities were great and offered a variety of options. the breakfast and dinner menus had a wide selection of food. the hotel is conveniently located near a major transportation hub which was great for my business trip.

The hotel room and amenities felt outdated and could use a facelift. the cleaning staff wasn't very thorough and didn't always replace toiletries.

Spa facilities

Smell of smoke in the room although we had a non smoking room other guests would smoke in the corridor and basically everywhere! Outdated, dinner was like a canteen buffet there was awful live music

I recently stayed at the Balneo Hotel Zsori Thermal & Wellness for a short family trip. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a family-oriented atmosphere. The room was quiet and I was able to rest well. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was a hit with my family. it provided good value for money.

The pool was great and the location was convenient for us. We also appreciated the air conditioning in the room as it was hot during our stay.

Our overall experience was not great. The rooms were old and not very clean, with stained carpets and wallpaper coming off the walls.

Fairly clean. Efficient reception service. Free parking. Nice base for exploring the region. Close to thermal pool complex. Good breakfast and dinner options. Kids enjoyed the stay. Good price-quality ratio.

The hotel is located in a calm district which provides a quiet atmosphere for relaxation. Rooms are comfortable with orthopedic mattresses and some come with balconies. Breakfast and dinner have an adequate choice of dishes with friendly waiters who are always willing to help. Facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, steam cabin and salt cabin.

The hotel may be quite busy during peak periods, making it difficult to find an empty sunbed by the spa facilities.
